Please note that traffic around Wellesley can be heavy. We suggest adding 15-20 minutes to your estimated driving time, especially if you are coming from the Boston area.
You will be receiving specific location and parking instructions for your program prior to the event. Free parking available at the Wellesley College Club where many of our courses are held and where we host our overnight guests.
Typically, we start our day promptly at 8:30 am and wrap up before 4 pm. There may be optional evening programs available for multi-day courses. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early on the first day to check-in.
For most programs, the dress is business casual. We encourage comfortable clothing. For certain courses (such as Finding YourVoice), you will be asked to bring athletic-type clothing you feel comfortable moving in (such as yoga pants) for part of the day. If the weather is nice, we may enjoy some outdoor activities, so walking shoes are highly recommended. In addition to outerwear, you’ll want to have a light sweater or jacket as our conference rooms can get cool.
Your program fee covers instruction, all program materials, as well as breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks.
Your program fee covers instruction and program materials, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, as well as accommodations beginning the evening of the first scheduled day. (If you need lodging for the night prior or after the program ends, please contact us to make arrangements.)
All included meals take place at the Wellesley College Club. The restaurant at the Wellesley College Club, along with Dole & Bailey, is pleased to bring to our guests flavors from Northeast Family Farms (NEFF) – locally raised meats, seafood, and artisan cheeses from various parts of New England. The menu has many selections including vegetarian and daily specials using locally sourced foods.
Overnight guests stay at the Wellesley College Club, one of the few remaining hotels in Wellesley MA. With just sixteen guest rooms, the College Club offers personalized service and attention to detail in a quiet and intimate setting. It is a great option for our 2-3 day programs.
