IT’S YOUR POWER, Own It.

We’ve always been ahead of the curve. Since our founding in 1870, Wellesley’s mission has been educating and equipping women leaders with a strong liberal arts education. We’ve found when women are encouraged to freely learn and explore, they break conventional boundaries and go beyond what they thought possible.

Executive Education for Women is an extension of the power of the Wellesley brand, true to the heart of who we are. We believe women shouldn’t be bound by conventional business teaching but thrive best when they are encouraged and equipped to leverage their unique leadership gifts. When women tap into their full potential, the world becomes a better place.

So, if you’re ready to go beyond conventional business-based teaching models and tap into your individual power and strengths, we invite you to experience the Wellesley advantage.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

COVID-19 UPDATE 9/3/20: Wellesley College's senior administration recently determined our campus will remain closed to the public and to outside guests throughout the fall in order to protect our community of students, faculty, and staff. As a result, all Executive Education programs scheduled for 2020 at Wellesley College have been regrettably cancelled.

We often say Wellesley's Executive Education for Women is an experience and a place that transforms you. We considered alternative methods to deliver the powerful messages our instructors want to share with you; however, the many restrictions brought forth by the pandemic impact how we can effectively create an optimal experience. We hope we may find innovative ways to come together again in 2021. Until then, we wish you health and safety during this extraordinary time.

I loved the content, I loved the programming. The mindfulness integration, I thought was dynamic. [The delivery of] world-class data… is highly useful to our knowledge base and our application of the knowledge.

I want to not only be a better leader, and more effective, but I want to be able to mentor the women I work with to shield them from some of these issues and prevent them from happening in my company.

What I believe holistic is... How do we holistically become the strengths of each other, and learn how we can incorporate that, so that we can serve everybody on our team holistically as well.
